Registration route
Most markets treat a vehicle in this speed band as a moped or light electric vehicle. In the EU that points at the L1e-B category; in several Asian and Latin American markets it may not require registration at all. Confirm your route before we lock the controller setting — the limiter is set in production.
Shipping the battery
Lithium packs travel as UN3480 or UN3481 dangerous goods and require a UN38.3 test report, an MSDS and dangerous-goods packing. They move by sea, not by air — samples included. Lead-acid packs are restricted differently but still restricted. Budget the calendar accordingly.
